Peter Heringer, M. Sc.

Doctoral Researcher

Peter received his BSc in Computer Science in 2021 from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and his MSc in 2024 in Bioinformatics from the University of Tuebingen. In June of 2024, he started as a PhD student at the CoDia lab. His current research interests include pangenome graphs, quality controls and genome annotations.
