Lalitha Kamada, M. Sc.

Doctoral Researcher

Lalitha received her BSc in Biotechnology from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal, India, and her MSc in Bioinformatics from Saarland University, Saarbrücken. Prior to joining the CoDia Lab as a doctoral researcher in 2026, she worked as a Bioinformatician in the Clinic for Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Clinical Immunology at the University Hospital Düsseldorf, where she contributed to genomic analyses in pediatric leukemia research. Her current research interests include single-cell and long-read sequencing, variant calling, and integrative multi-omics data analysis.
